Die Mischungen werden innerhalb des Betriebs entwickelt, genehmigt und gepr\u00fcft. Der Mischvorgang erfolgt sowohl in Innenmischern als auch auf offenen Walzwerken. Die Materialpr\u00fcfungen sind, je nach Anforderungen an das Endprodukt, entweder standardisiert oder werden gemeinsam mit dem Kunden erarbeitet und vereinbart. Dabei wird der Prozess vollst\u00e4ndig \u00fcberwacht. Die R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit ist, vom Endprodukt bis hin zur Mischung des verwendeten Materials, garantiert. Besonderen Wert legen wir dabei auf die Optimierung des Verbrauchs von Energie, des Rohmaterials und der Ausf\u00fchrungszeiten. F\u00fcr den Pressvorgang stehen dem Betrieb \u00fcber 40 Pressen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Diese besitzen eine Schlie\u00dfkraft von bis zu 10\u2018000 kN und W\u00e4rmeplatten von bis zu 1,5 m L\u00e4nge. In den Pressen k\u00f6nnen Artikel mit gro\u00dfen Ma\u00dfen und mit betr\u00e4chtlichen metallischen Einlagen gefertigt werden.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Spritzgie\u00dfverfahren ist REX mit horizontalen sowie vertikalen Maschinen ausgenuzt, die eine Schlie\u00dfkraft von bis zu 6\u2018000 KN und eine maximale Spritzkapazit\u00e4t von 6 l besitzen. Die verf\u00fcgbare Produktionshistorie wird zentral aufgezeichnet und die Produktion selbst wird mittels MRP programmiert und \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. Die Daten werden mithilfe eines Zentralsystems mit Strichcode abgespeichert.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4799922 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4799922\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Fertigstellung, Montage und Pr\u00fcfung<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b5875f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b5875f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>REX verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber verschiedene Systeme zur Fertigstellung, Montage und Endpr\u00fcfung der Artikel, wie beispielweise cryotechnische Anlagen zur Entgratung der Formteile. Ebenfalls vorhanden ist eine Wasch- und Pr\u00fcfabteilung, in der die Lieferung von hochsauberen Produkten, u.a. auch f\u00fcr den Lebensmittelbereich sichergestellt wird.
